Cancellation Policy Hello Housekeeping services, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy aims to provide clarity and fairness for both clients and our cleaning professionals.

Residential Cleaning Services

  1. Cancellation notice: 48 hours prior to scheduled cleaning.
  2. Late cancellation fee (less than 48 hours): 60% of scheduled service cost.
  3. failure to cancel: 100% of scheduled service cost.
  4. Rescheduling: Allowed with 48 hours’ notice; subject to availability.

Commercial Cleaning Services

  1. Cancellation notice: 48 hours prior to scheduled cleaning.
  2. Late cancellation fee (less than 48 hours): 75% of scheduled service cost.
  3. No-show fee (failure to cancel): 100% of scheduled service cost.
  4. Rescheduling: Allowed with 48 hours’ notice; subject to availability.

Special Event or One-Time Cleaning

  1. 1. Cancellation notice: 7 days prior to scheduled cleaning.
  2. 2. Late cancellation fee (less than 7 days): 50% of scheduled service cost.
  3. 3. No-show fee (failure to cancel): 100% of scheduled service cost.

Exceptions

  1. Inclement weather: Cleaning services may be rescheduled or canceled due to severe weather conditions.
  2. Emergency situations: Cancellation fees may be waived in cases of genuine emergencies (e.g., hospitalization, family emergency).
